Engaging the iPod Generation

Every Child Matters in the extended schools of the 21st century. How can Christians in school leadership create a learning environment where all young people can flourish?

Understanding pressures on young people, building relationships, encouraging strong families and social cohesion, releasing potential, managing behaviour, creating opportunities for spiritual development are all responsibilities of school leaders. This conference explored some of these issues in the context of both primary and secondary schools.

Coton House is a very comfortable, purpose built conference centre belonging to the Royal Mail. Situated on the A426 just north of Rugby, Warwickshire, it is very convenient for trains to Rugby and is adjacent to Junction 1 of the M6, connecting with the M6, M1 and A14.

The conference commenced with registration at 4.00pm on Thursday 7th February 2008 and concluded with a packed lunch at 12.30pm on Saturday 9th February.
